I love this bike. I’ve taken it out quite a few times now, and even out for a couple hours. It’s easy to ride and use the electric component as well as read it manually. I installed a kids trailer to it, but we had to adjust the coupler feature because that didn’t fit The bike itself. Anyways, the bike can pull a trailer with a 40 pound kid up a hill. The brakes are great too, pulling that same trailer down a hill, it feels very safe. I highly recommend this bike. However, my husband assembled it and some of the Screws and nuts were very very tight, he needed his personal tools to get the job done.

***Update to this Review*** I decided to reach out to the seller through Amazon and they sent me a new battery. This fixed the problem and it made my wife extremely happy as well. This is a solid bike but I would strongly suggest that you look to purchase an additional battery with 2-3 years, even if you don't ride the bike often.Within the 2 years that my wife has owned this e-bike she probably has rode it a handful of times. I finally talked her into ridding a trail with me and it turned out to be a HUGE MISTAKE. The battery kept turning completely off. I decided to switch batteries to see if it was something wrong with her bike or just the battery. When I put the battery on my bike it worked fine in the lowest peddle assist but as soon as I turned it to max it shut down completely. The worst thing about Nakto is their customer service. The rep Krystal wad very rude and offered little assistance. For a bike that is practical brand new and has only be rode maybe 6 times the battery should have not malfunctioned this way. Lesson learned I should have spent the extra $300 and purchased the RadRunner 2from radpowerbikes.com when it was on sale.***Update to this Review***

this light weight bike is perfect for city suburban life areas with a speed of up to 35+. the weight feels about 20lbs. Setup was easy and the battery life last long.

I bought this for my ten year old son and it is the perfect size! It keeps up with our adult sizes. He loves it and the price was great compared to other places I searched for. If you’re hesitant to buy this bike, don’t be. It’s worth it!!!

First off, the company provided 1 tracking number, but sent 2 packages. The package with the tracking # was the lock. I panicked, thinking I had been scammed. I messaged them and that evening I got a 2nd tracking number for the bike.Second, the bike came mostly assembled, which was nice. The instructions are unclear in some areas, but I've put many bikes together, so it wasn't a problem. The biggest problem is that several of the bolts were way too tight. The one that holds the front fender required my husband to get his tools out and loosen it. It took him quite a bit of effort to do it without stripping it. The other ones I couldn't get off were the ones that hold the bracket for the bottom of the basket. I still haven't gotten those off, I just figured out another way to attach it.If you have never built a bike before, or worked on a bike you will most likely need help. I'm sure there are a ton of tutorials online.For the actual functioning of the bike, it rides nicely. It's much smoother and more powerful Than lime bikes. The seat is a bit hard, but a gel cushion fixed that.It is quite powerful. I'm 220 lb and I was able to take hills fairly easily in the lower gears.My first ride out, the lens for the headlight fell off. The light functions well without it, so I left it off.For the price, I think the bike is a fair value. I would have given 4 stars if it were easier to assemble.

It’s a great bike, the throttle really gets it moving even with my 280 lb behind riding on it, just arch adjusting the front brakes, you are better off watching YouTube to get that part right

The assist is almost just like full assistance. I would like to make the peddling just easier instead of taking over. Struggled with putting it together and tightening but overall it fits my needs. Nice weight to it so its like like cheap aluminum
