Bought as a gift my granddaughter and daughter in law had great fun making it. It looked great.

My grandson loved making this. It turned out great.Recommended

It was a perfect mermaid slime kit; my little one was happy and enjoyed playing.The kit includes a variety of different coloured clay.You have all that you need to make the mermaid globe.You need 3 AAA batteries to turn the globe on; it plays music and rotates so that children will fall in love with it.I am delighted with the quality and highly recommend it!

This is a build your own snow globe craft set. It contains everything you need to make it, you do have to make the items out of dry clay, but it comes with a very handy instruction book which is very child friendly my 7 year old daughter had no problems following the instructions, if anything she was a bit impatient as she had to wait for the clay items to dry out. She was very happy and sat until she had everything ready to set it up. This one was a mermaid theme but there is a Halloween one and a Unicorn garden one. Its priced at £19.99 which I personally think is a very high price, especially due to its size.

The media could not be loaded.  My granddaughters made this with their uncle. You get everything you need to make the globe. The girls thoroughly enjoyed it. I enjoyed seeing their uncle out of his comfort zone doing crafts with them. After they had finished he said it wasn’t as difficult as he expected and he actually liked doing it with them.Takes three AAA batteries that aren’t included.Would make a lovely gift for little ones that likes crafts.

The quality of the product and general idea is brilliant. Very very disappointed that the box was missing significant parts. Part of the base was missing, as was the fairy granules to go in the snow globe

This is a gorgeous set that enables you to make your own mermaid and undersea themed snow globe.It includes everything you need, with lots of different colours of clays, some shaping tools, and an instruction manual which shows you how to make sea creatures. It has step by step pictures which are easy to follow.You also get a couple of models (the mermaid and lighthouse) included to go alongside your own clay makes.My only issue with this is that it says 3+, but I think that's much too young. Children that age will probably be better off with play dough, and this is more suited to children of around 8-11. Or indeed adults who I'm sure would also have fun with it! Regardless of the child's age they are likely to need adult help putting the snow globe together once finished.A lovely set that is good value for money and would make a great present. Requires batteries!

This is a lovely musical snow globe with an 'under the sea' mermaid theme. But be warned that this is something of a project that really needs some creative expertise to get the best out of it. Setting up the globe is fairly straightforward and the figure of the mermaid is already in place. The rub comes with the crustaceans and fish around the sides and base which are made out of non toxic air dried clay and will only look as good as your expertise in making them. You are not limited by the figures suggested in the advert but can let your imagination run wild. Included in the box are a set of tools for sculpting the figures. The colours of the clay can be mixed to make other colours and a full colour guide is also included. When finished the globe operates with 3 AAA batteries which are not supplied.This will make a lovely addition to my granddaughters bedroom and I would be happy to recommend it to you.
