I love my Apple Ultra and as with the previous Apple Watches I have owned I am a sucker for changing straps and bracelets. Not impressed with the price and range offered by Apple so often look out for different design options from after market suppliers.This offering is definitely different being both a strap and a watch case.The presentation is very definitely good. A solid box with the strap and case nestling in foam cut outs together with the tiny screwdriver needed for fitting. that's right, a screwdriver needed for fitting and designed for the special screw heads. The case/strap needs to be assembled by placing the watch with no strap in the case front section, fitting the two strap sections in recesses in the case rather than on to the watch, putting the back in place to hold it all together and then locking the assembly with four tiny screws using the supplied driver.The resulting assembly certainly looks impressive and controlling the watch with the extensions to the watch buttons and control knob seems to work OK. The Ultra is a big watch and placing this case on it makes it a HUGE watch. Before assembly it seemed strange that the straps fitted with them at 90 degrees to the watch but once this watch is placed on the wrist the straps need to be straight down and not the usual almost straight out of the sides. I have a slightly small wrist and can just about get away with the look.Now to the problems. Firstly, if you are like me and like to change look regularly the effort of finding the driver, removing the tiny screws and safely storing them (two spares are supplied) is going to be a nuisance but the real issue with me is it cuts down the charging options. Because the strap does not allow the watch to lay flat on a charger it is reliant on a charger such as the OEM supplied one that has a strong enough magnet to reliably stick to the back of the watch. At home I use a "multi charger" which has places for my iPhone, AirPods and watch but I cannot place the watch on the charger section as with the extra case it is far too wide. For travelling I have a folding multi charger that allows watch charging with it either laying flat or upright. The latter is useful when a bracelet is fitted and also allows the watch to be viewed at night while laying down. It is impossible to use in either mode with this strap.My conclusion is that this is a very well made case and strap combination and compared with the price of simple Apple straps is very good value for money. If it suits what you want from an Apple Watch and you want something a little different with the vaguely military styling you will love it. If you are looking for a practical easy to live with strap I don't think this is for you.

This looked great in the pictures and description but has no screen protection at all which is very disappointing as this is the main thing that needs protecting also it looks very cheap and tacky in real life not how it looks in the pictures. Don’t waste your money I am returning this item.

I love my new Luxury Translucent Smartwatch Case for Apple Watch Ultra 49mm. It’s lightweight and rugged, yet stylish. The silicon strap is comfortable and the stainless steel buttons look great. The protective cover for men/women is also an added bonus. I'm really happy with this purchase. It's definitely a great value for the money and I'm sure it will last me a long time. Highly recommend this case to anyone looking for a quality product!

I very like this, very stylish and very comfortable on. install was simple and fits well. protects the watch very well, covers the whole watch protecting from and knocks and drop. very comfortable on, make the ultra even bigger but I like that. if you like the sport look this is for you.

I bought this item for my new smartwatch as I was worried about the damage it might receive. I am extremely pleased with it, because it has completely protected my watch and it looks very cool and high-quality. I would definitely recommend

ok this is a new one on me with regards to watch straps.i certainly wasn't expecting a case which i would have to seal my watch into using screws.if your a fan of having a collection of straps that you switch and change on a regular basis or just to match how your feeling. this strap really isn't for you.if your wanting strength, durability and the knowledge that its not going anywhere soon then this is for you.the major downside is its £45 price tag. one i've only ever considered for high quality leather

I work in a dusty environment and this case is a great protection for my smartwatch.
