I have been using OK Tape for a while now. For my knees but also for my shoulders, arms, and ankles. The tape stays in place even if you shower with it on. I can still use it after my shower by blow drying it. The adhesive doesn't cause any itching or burning, unlike other brands that I seem to be allergic to. It's awesome how this tape can bring strength and stability when applied properly. The green design is pretty cool, which i know is subjective. Overall, it's a good product, especially for the price. I will continue to purchase their products. Thank you OK Tape!

The support this tapes gives me makes a huge difference in my pain levels by the end of the day! It's supposed to last multiple days/showers, however my sensitive skin is allergic to the adhesive and I cannot wear it for more than a day at a time until I get hives. I still think the benefits outweigh the itchiness. I just use it every other day instead of everyday.

I’ve used this on a strained ACL and a twisted ankle. It gets the job done. It gave me the support I needed without fully restricting my movements. It was very helpful for me.I didn’t know how to place it, so I looked it up online. There’s plenty information.I like the fact that we can decide what size to cut the pieces. I followed someone’s tip about rounding all corners to make it more likely to stay in place. It generally did. No idea if it would have been worse without cutting it like that or not.

Works well, I can walk a longer when I use the tape. Easy to use.

I had a level three sever ankle sprain, wrapped it with ok tape and it’s been doing it job for three days straight even after two showers. Only downfall, it hurts to take off, so I don’t use it on my stomach for rectis diastsis or any other super sensitive area. I’ve used it my legs and feet only so far.

I broke two of my toes, and this tape has been extremely helpful. It’s very good quality , does the job

It’s not like the old stretch band aid support reusable from the 1970’s. It’s more of a throw away product. I’ll use what I have and not repurchase
