This is a good product but does still leak when laying down so not really any good for overnight use for daytime they are great and restore confidence when out.

They were very thick but they do crinkle wen y move and my daddy said that's a good thing for little sissy to know u wearing nappy but also good no leaks holds very well can stay in them for up to 12hours maybe more with out leak

Fit well but tend to ieak didn't hold as much I thought had to change more than tenas

Got these for my 84yr old dad whose now bed-ridden. He says they're very comfortable. They absorb a lot and are easy to remove and fit. Bit expensive though.
