YES!
YES! YES! 1000 times yes. I am actually afraid to write a review because they have sold out before but I can’t gate-keep any longer. I am an exclusive pumping mama and I really love my Spectra but hate the hanging bottles. It makes it so hard to do things because they are in the way. Then I purchased these - GAME CHANGER!!! I can pump and bottle feed my little one at the same time which saves time and helps bonding. There are a lot of parts to clean, but it’s worth it. Also, make sure they are sealed before you put them on because they can leak. As long as everything is put together properly, I have not had any leaking issues!

A MUST HAVE!!! Ignore bad reviews!
I CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH FOR THESE!!! These are compatible with my Spectra pump. Just hook the tubing up to the top and voilà!!! Just make sure to check the seal around the cup! It has leaked on me in the past but that is not the products fault. It was MY fault, I put them together too fast and didn’t check the seal. The silicone is so comfy for pumping! This is honestly all I use for pumping. However I would recommend only if you have an established milk supply. And as far as applying, treat it as you would any portable pump, I’d recommend dangle to center nipple in center then applying. Make sure you have a proper fitting bra. And don’t try to adjust while pumping; if you need to adjust lean forward, dangle your breast and recenter.

Slightly lowered output with Spectra
These are great to hack with the Spectra when you need more mobility, but I get about 2/3 my normal output with them.

Compatible with spectra, amazing hands free alternative
Review: Hands-Free Breast Milk Collection Cups for Spectra S1As a busy mom and an overproducer, finding the right breast pump that meets all my needs has been a challenge. I use the Spectra S1, which I love for its portability and powerful suction, but the traditional flanges make multitasking nearly impossible. Holding my baby, folding clothes, washing dishes, or preparing dinner while pumping has been a hassle. My pumping sessions yield anywhere from 11 to 26 ounces, which means most hands-free pumps can't keep up without frequent interruptions to empty the cups, leading to spills and frustration.Recently, I decided to try hands-free breast milk collection cups that claim to hold up to 7 ounces. To my surprise, these cups can actually hold 11.5 ounces when filled to the brim, matching the capacity of my Philips Avent 11-ounce bottles. The convenience of hands-free pumping with these cups is truly amazing. They allow me to move freely and handle my daily tasks without the constant need to stop and empty the cups. One of my biggest concerns with hands-free pumps has been their efficiency in emptying my breasts. With traditional flanges, I need to massage my breasts while pumping to achieve complete emptying. These collection cups, however, still allow me to massage my breasts, leading to the same output, if not more. I was amazed to find that these cups emptied me just as well as the flanges.Cleaning and assembling these cups is straightforward with only four parts. The replacement diaphragms and duckbill valves are affordable at just $11, and they come with an extra set of duckbill valves, making maintenance easy. While the initial price of the cups is high, they are worth every penny for the convenience and efficiency they provide.I've purchased a second pair to take to work, and I can't wait to continue using them. The cups come with tubing that attaches to my Spectra S1, eliminating the need for a backflow protector and reducing bulk. They fit discreetly in my bra, allowing me to pump in public without the need for a nursing cover, which was a significant issue with the flanges. The cups also feature a silicone insert that makes them incredibly soft and comfortable, similar to the Pumpin' Pals flanges. They come standard with a 24mm flange but include a 20mm insert. I use a 19mm insert for the perfect fit. These cups are also friendly for larger chests; I'm a 36E, and they work perfectly for me.I'm so impressed with these cups that I've decided to gift them to my cousin and sister-in-law, who are expecting babies in August and October, respectively. They both have a Spectra for their main pump, and I know these cups will make their pumping experience much easier. I swear by these hands-free breast milk collection cups and am excited to share their benefits with other new moms.In summary, these hands-free breast milk collection cups have revolutionized my pumping experience. They combine the convenience of hands-free use with the capacity and efficiency of traditional flanges. They are easy to clean, affordable to maintain, and comfortable to use. If you're looking for a way to make your pumping sessions more manageable and efficient, do yourself a favor and try these out!

Poor Shallow Seal - Leaks milk everywhere
I have two sets of these cups and rated it 5 stars the first time however after not only having my milk wasted but leaked ALL OVER me and spending the day in sticky clothes till I get home (happening several times now), I’m knocking it down to 3 stars. Be wary moving the cups or if it’s tight against your chest, that’s when it’s likely going to shift and the seal pops out resulting to it all leaking out at the bottom. The company should really consider improving the design of the silicon and how it seals to the cup. Because it’s shallow it pops out very easily. They should look at how Momcozy does theirs. It’s much more secure. These are great for use at home under loose clothing and a V cut bra that doesn’t strap it too tight to your body like a sport cut style.

Pumping Cups
Absolutely my favorite! I wish I would’ve ordered them sooner.I have one year old twins that I am currently weening. These are so handy for traveling, work, and at home. They are very comfy. In addition to this they are super easy to clean.Just be careful and double check that it is sealed before pumping.

Don’t waste your money
As an EP for the past 2.5 months now, I was really looking forward to these based on the reviews that I read, but these have horrible suction and did not empty me at all. Don’t waste your money.

Great alternative to traditional flanges
These are actually great and super comfortable to wear and are compatible with the spectra pump. I definitely recommend. I read that replacement parts are hard to come by, so I hope that's not true!
