Good ole fashioned instructions, a parts list, and a helpline would have been nice. I watched YouTube videos to get the know-how and courage. I was able to replace my cracked iPhone screen in just under an hour (from opening the package to completion). Not bad for this grandma! The screws and pins are so itty-bitty, I drew a diagram at my work station and placed each removable part on it to remember the placement pattern. Kit came with all parts shown, and the new screen had the home button, audio speaker , and camera already attached.

MAFIX and their support group is outstanding. They went beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the product I purchased. came on time had all the pieces, even came with a free screen protector which was great! my sister assembled it fairly easily however the second, smaller, tab at the top of the screen had trouble connecting and the screen does not lay exactly flat onto the phone. its only slightly raised up but everything including the button and the camera work fine. its my 8yo daughters phone and she has a wallet type case so the slightly raised screen doesnt bother me much but we will see if it affects anything moving forward

Easy as pie. Having all the extra parts already in the assembly makes it super easy to replace. Took less than 10 mins from start to finish.

I was a little skeptical buying a screen online, but the screen was excellent quality and has been working just fine for quite a while now. I used to repair electronics, so I do this kind of stuff all the time, but the kit was set up in such a way that I feel like even someone who has never repaired their own screen before could do it as long as you are very gentle and slow so as not to pull too hard on any cables. :)

Only down side to this product is that it's contrast and brightness are not as good as the original screen Apple puts into their iPhones but still way cheaper than buying an original or getting it replaced by Apple themselves.

Great product received in good packaging. Received item just as described. Customer service was great had a little trouble when first installed. After customer service listed suggested items, I removed and reinstalled, I found that it was a installation problem. One of the ribbons was not snapped into place all the way and was only making partial contact. Response was quick and efficient. Thanks would recommend to others
