BIRTHDAY TOPPER VERY DECEIVING FROM PICTURE
In the picture the topper looks like it should fit on and be bigger than at least a 7" cake. To have that same effect, it would need to go on a cupcake! It is MUCH smaller than what appears in photos!! Less than 6" wide.
