This item is a 6 piece blood and scar makeup kit to use for Halloween or to scare the daylights out of your partner or friends. The kits contains 3 blood effects with different viscosities. You've got the fresh red blood that you spray on. Then you have the darker blood that you squeeze on. And lastly you have the blood paste that spread on. There is a sponge to help with spreading and texturing. Then there is the fake skin paste that's used for scar creation with the included applicator tool. You create some raised scar tissue and then you can apply some blood over it to make some sort of gory wound to scare folks. It's quite fun to practice trying to make realistic wounds. You do need to be cautious with the blood as it does stain. I'd also check that you don't have a reaction to using the effects by testing the items on a small area of skin. The price point is reasonable for the kit. I have enjoyed scaring some of my friends and saved some for Halloween.

I'm really happy with this set and impressed with all it includes. I really appreciate that the liquid fake blood has two different types of tops so you're not limited to spray or drops. Plus the coagulated blood gives a full array of options. For realistic injuries, you might want to also buy a bruise wheel. The fake blood will stain clothes and skin, but alcohol will help with the skin stains (not the clothes - those will be done for).The scar wax can be difficult to work with (it gets sticky if you mess with it too much), so I recommend watching YouTube tutorials if you're not used to using it.
