My remote for this cross didn’t work. I connected customer service and they responded so fast and were extremely kind. Despite the issue of order from them again because of how great they handled the issue.

There wasn't a male to female plug orrr whatever it need to actually plug it together so no go.. won't light ..Request a,refund but through seller other the Amazon..Waiting for return label for 2 weeks so assume that will bever come and I'll be unable to get refund.I'll use w/o lites if need be or restring led tape lites to dupp.it. buy at own risk.Also very cheep ,flimsy, for $$

I'm not sure if it was damaged in shipping or it was defective when it was manufactured. Either way only one fourth of the cross lights up.UPDATEI was contacted by the seller about a month after I received my cross asking if I was happy with my purchase. When I told them of the problem that I was having they told me they would send me another one immediately. I received my new cross yesterday. It works exactly as described and I am very happy with it. I am updating my review to let people know that I'm very happy with this seller and with my purchase.

Although I was dissapointed that all the lights did not work. The seller's response was exceptional and provided me with an immediate refund. I would buy from this seller again as they are trust worthy and honest.

The remote didn't work. With the battery that was in it when shipped or the extra battery included in the box. So I got out a new battery from my home. Still didn't work.. Thankfully I bought two of these for Easter morning. One remote worked for both of them.
