broke after 7 months
I am spending 20 minutes waiting for support to reply and nothing. Our handyman took a look and wasn't able to fix.We have the filter for clients and it's been days since it broke. All the indicators on the filter are blinking, the guide says if there is a problem press reset until it stops blinking, tried pressing for about 15 minutes, kept pressing, holding, restarting, the problem is that the water does not flow with 1 filter in the second, there is a tube with 1 comes out, goes into some relay, and from the relay it already goes to the second one, turned it on directly bypassing the relay, water flows through, is filtered, but does not heat up, which means something happened to this relay? How do I reach you guys???/

It doesn't work
It never had cold water, but was at least room temperature. Water is now hot despite pressing the cold button. This has been a disappointment and not usable.

Very good height as compared to other brands
Very reliable so far with no leaks. Delivers hot water quickly.

Installation wasn't bad. Tastes better than the tap. Not as fresh as the four stage, though.
I have a four stage Brio in the kitchen and dining area, but I wanted to get one for the bathroom at the back of the house so that my niece and nephews had something fresher in their fountain area. They use the spigot water for rinsing, as well as occasionally drinking. They don't like to come through the house and make noise at night, so often they'll pop into the bathroom and grab a mouthwash cup and drink the faucet water. The faucet water is safe to drink, but I can not only feel the chlorine in it, I can taste and smell it. It has a slick feel, and it just has an off taste. It's very mildly like the pool. This Brio pulls out almost all of that taste. The price is a little more than what I think I'd pay for bottled water or dispenser water, but worth it for the longer lasting filter and easy of use. It was simple to connect under the sink and then plug in. It is energy efficient, so not a lot of electricity pull. The set up on this has all the tubing already. The hot water comes out close to 180 F, but it does have a child safety setting where it has to be pressed in to dispense the hot. The room temp comes out between 55-65F so not quite room temp. The cold comes out variably between 40-45 F on this one. I used my kitchen thermometer after an nice water bath to test it. The cold is by far the family favorite setting.Filters for this are a little higher priced, but less than the four stage. I don't think it pulls as much chlorine taste from the water, but it's pretty good and the filters are more economical. The filters last 3-6 months on average, but depending on usage would last longer for us. I love the way they rotate and have a place to write the date.So far, all is well with this unit. It is a higher upfront cost, but works itself out over time and you save more with more filters. I especially like the black design because the stainless shows up every little fingerprint on it. I think it's worth it, but they do have higher powered models if you want every last molecule possible removed. And this came with an extra set of filters that make it even more cost effective from the get go.Be sure to go through set up instructions and flush lines. Installation can be tricky if you've never done plumb work. Older pipes may need extra connection parts. If this helps, be sure to let Amazon know and give me a helpful vote!
