There's a top with a nozzle which screws onto the top of the unit , there are three extra silicone nozzles , these are different sizes so you'll never be using one that's too big for babies nasal passage . A pair of tweezers and an instruction manual.This is lightweight , a single button operates it , and it's ergonomic design means you can use it with a single hand . It works really well at clearing congested nasal passages .I like that it's got its own carry /storage case and it's ease of use . Happily recommending .

Very great! I was on the fence about purchasing it when I read the reviews. I bought this nasal aspirator for my 8 month old daughter, on days when she has a cold I usually use the nasal aspirator on the hoover but at night the hoover is too noisy to clean my little girl's nose so I bought this nasal aspirator from Amazon. I tried it out immediately as we have just had a cold and a lot of nasal discharge, it works really well and it's quiet and the little one isn't afraid of it, you can use it at night which will be a real help when the little one has a blocked nose and can't breathe properly. Highly recommended for families with small children.

I was against the use of nasal aspirators, but I ordered this because my son was having trouble breathing at night and couldn't sleep. This nasal aspirator is small, convenient, and does what it is supposed to do. Since I've never used a hoover, I can't really tell the difference. bubbacare baby nasal aspirator does a great job of sucking the secretions loose and then you can wipe it away as fast as you can. We are very happy with it! Clearly recommend the purchase!

I have a little daughter who is now one year old. I decided to buy this product because it was very laborious to wash my nose and sniff it with a mechanical nasal aspirator. In the end, despite the mixed reviews, I bought this product and it has really eased the process of washing my nose. As usual, I put the saline in and then push that button (the one that sucks the most) to sniff my nose. Would you believe, the baby finally waited for me to clean her! It didn't bother her. Quick to use and even quicker to put back in the drawer after cleaning.

This is the best nasal aspirator I have ever used. I have used several in the last week. My son has rhinitis so we need to remove as much mucus as possible and nasal aspirators are too much work. This thing gets the sticky mucus out and is easy to clean. It comes with the exact same saline dispenser as the one used in the hospital and the connector at the top is the same shape as the one in the hospital. It's a little loud, so you may need to convince your older kids to let you use it or hold them down.

The media could not be loaded.  Tired of rinsing your nose with saline, even if it's not painful to do so. With this baby nasal aspirator, my baby's nose is used almost daily. We started using them when he was four and a half months old. He doesn't like to use it, but the silicone tip doesn't hurt him and it's easy to suck out secretions in just 5 seconds per nostril. You just need to move your baby's body slightly to guide the direction of the suction nozzle. It is also very easy to clean: unscrew the head (1 ½ grooves), remove the nozzle from the plastic head and rinse it with hot water. That's all! If your nose is clogged, use saline before using the electric baby nasal aspirator.

As a paediatric nurse I wanted something with as much suction power as the wall vacuums in hospitals for sucking out and cleaning out babies noses and this one works great! I've seen some reviews that say the suction isn't very good, but I think it's got a lot of suction. Just squirt a little saline into one nostril while sucking out the other, and voila! Huge thick boogers come out of the baby's nose! Of course, she didn't particularly like the process, but after that her nose was clear and she was able to breathe through her nose while sucking on her bottle. I was expecting the battery powered device to have much less suction power, but I was surprised at how well it worked!
