plantactic Raffia Paper Ribbon for Gift Wrapping/DIY Decoration, 328 Feet 1 Roll (Dark Red)

Used rafia for years at my store--use it with colored ribbon to tie the handles. Have not used it to wrap a package. I prefer the natural kind but this one's cheaper.

Used this to wrap gifts, because it’s recyclable. But it looked really nice as well. Good value, there’s a LOT on this roll. Nice, neutral color, goes well with natural paper.

I ordered the Linen/Natural shade of this raffia in January of 2024, I’m specifying the date because I don’t know if the distributor has changed the product since older reviews, but this raffia is much different than advertised. It is far more orange & stiff than what is pictured (& the way it was spooled is completely different). I wanted to be able to unfold the raffia, as shown in the products photos, but it is nearly impossible to do so without ripping the straw as it is stiff & tightly bound. I also wanted the tone to be a more sun-bleached (again, as shown in photos) because I was planning on dying it, but since it’s so orange & stiff/thin I can’t do much. Anyway- thought this was all worth mentioning if you are looking for what I was!
