Q: How is supplies in the kit? Are they of good quality? Are they practical?

Please understand this is only my opinion. The consumables are of the quality I would expect and would purchase individually, so good. Cordage, knife, flashlight, escape tool all good quality in most cases you couldn't buy better at least not at these prices. My only negative (as I recall) was the the quality of the scissors and tweezers. Those are lower quality thin metal but will suffice for their intended, light duty, use.

Q: Is it really a reliable trauma kit?

Overall it's pretty good, there are so many survival gear and equipment, and it's a great starter kit. It's a good choice to put one in the car as an emergency kit. If you want to use it as a professional trauma kit, I think you may need to add more specialized items on your own.

Q: Does the flashlight come with batteries?

No, you will need to bring your own AA battery.
