Bought this tape while in a full length leg cast to allow me to safely tape a plastic bag over my cast/leg so I could shower. I found most cast shower protectors useless for a cylinder cast so I had to use a large plastic bag. I needed a tape that would be water resistant and had stretch. This tape was perfect for that!

Good product but not suitable for use in combat sports where the adhesion suffers and the tape comes off easily. Perfect for post workout recovery

So I bought this product by some recommendation. At first I thought its no gonna work but the tape really proved me wrong which I am really happy about!I actually suffer from varicose vains which causes me alot of pain in my legs and knees while walking or running but by using this tape, it really helped me with easing down the pain to some extent! And now I can walk or run with not too much pain in my legs, I hope my comment can be useful for the future buyers.I extremely recommend this product.
