Works - with some kinks
I have to admit; I have some mixed feelings about these landscape lights. As much as I love lights, especially RGB lights, I really did want to like them. I actually do like them, but with some reservations. For landscape lights, they are kind of small. Don’t expect to light up a large area or much of anything beyond a few yards away. As the bulb itself is about an inch and a quarter in diameter, they don’t throw out a large amount of light.Regardless, there are four of them and there is a fairly generous five feet of cord in between each light. There are 16 different color choices. The colors seem true to the buttons, but white has a distinct bluish tint. I don’t think it’s as noticeable when it shines on something as it does looking at the bulb, so it may not make a lot of difference. It has a lot of options, but only two changing options (flash and smooth transitions). It has a timer for four and six hours, which is nice if you want to set it and forget it.I did experience some odd behavior on a couple of occasions. One time, when I first hooked the lights up, I turned them off and they immediately turned back on. That happened a couple of times within a few seconds. On the second occasion, the lights were off when I left for work. When I returned, they were on – for how long, I have no idea. I can only assume that some nearby signal had caused them to turn on, but I don’t know what that might have been. One person was home at the time.In addition, when pressing the button to brighten the lights, the lights will turn red, regardless of what color they are on and when I press the button to dim the lights, it will turn white after pressing the button a few times. You cannot brighten or dim the lights with a continuous press; you must press the button to dim one level at a time. There are eight levels of brightness.Another small concern is that the button for on and off seemed backwards to what most of us are accustomed to. The power off button is on the left and the power on button is on the right. It’s a small matter, but it makes me think before I press it; either that or I intuitively press the off button for on until I realized that the buttons are situated the opposite way of what I would expect.Upon re-reading my review, I realized that I had quite a bit of negative to say about the lights. The fact is, they are not all that bad, but they’re just not all that great either.Overall, they do light up nicely, in a moderate sort of way, have plenty of cord, and they have a lot of color hue options; however, the price point of 50 bucks is a little off-putting. For the price range, I would expect a little more.In that light (no pun intended), four stars may be a little on the generous side. I would give it a three and a half or three and three-fourths, but I don’t have that option. So, from what I remember from third-grade math, and from my math skills, probably the only thing I remember, rounding it up, it’s going to be four stars.

Still need a dusk 'til dawn sensor
These lights are a nice add-on to our garden (The wife's jungle). The spacing you get with the included wiring allows you a lot of flexibility as to where you put the lights. I'm looking forward to having a four light add-on to this package so I can have the 8 total lights as described in the packaging. The sensitivity is real good in that my wife and I set off the sensor as we walk by but our cocker spaniel does not. (At least not that I have seen) I am running them on dusk-'til-dawn mode now and am happy with when they turn on and turn off.The colors are very cool, running the CMY light spectrum. They are plenty bright without over-powering, and on the dimmest setting - you can still see that they are on and provide adequate light for our sidewalk. All we can do now is wait for time and weather to take their toll on the system.Instructions are easy to follow, set up is also real easy, and the weather proofing as well.I recommend this product!

Pretty
Perfect for the different holidays or celebrations or just to have a spot light on certain parts of the landscape or house. Just remember that they still need to be plugged in.

Sturdy lights and stakes
These 4 lights are built well using a heavy duty plastic housing. The stakes are also robust, the metal brackets holding the lights to the stakes are a little flimsy but I’ve seen worst. The leads that connect light to light when connected just short of 10 feet but extensions are available. The cord that plugs into a 110v outlet is almost 15 feet long. I rated this 4 stars because I was hoping I could individually change the color of each light, as an example, have red and green every other light for Christmas. I have these lights on a timer and when the lights turn off, they turn back on with the last color set.

Good product
It’s a good product but I expected more. It’s not so bright.

High quality IP65 Aluminum RGB landscape lights with RF remote and 14 foot lead wire
These lights are seem to be made very well the light head is almost 2 inches in length so it is in my opinion very small which would allow for a lot of use in many different applications. The lights are spaced 9.8 feet apart and have connectors between each light. I intend to use them in my theater room shining down over the seats. The lights are dim-able and have a 4 hour and 6 hour preset off timer and 16 preset color options plus 2 effects, flash from color to color and smoothly fade from color to color. The remote is a radio frequency type and i have tested its range at 20 feet and it worked flawlessly and i am confident the range is much greater than 20 feet would not be surprised if the range is 300 feet as I have remote thermometers that operate up to 300 feet. The LEDs are 3 watt RGB and are pretty bright they would nicely illuminate a large Japanese maple tree I might do that with them instead of using them in my theater room there is a possibility they may be to bright even at the lowest setting for theater room use I will have to try it and see. The manual for the lights indicate each fixture has a 30 degree beam spread. They are IP65 water proof rated. The stake is made from some kind of plastic that looks like it is pretty durable probably the same plastic car engine parts are made from.

Good build quality but too dim and no good white light
I wanted to love these but I can't recommend them. The build quality seems good but the light quality is poor. The highest brightness isn't very bright and worse yet the white light is more blue than white.

Small, but bright, no transformer required,
These little guys are pretty nice. The cords between each light is quite long so you can really spread them out. They come with their own transformer and power plug, so you can install and light them up instantly. The remote feels a little cheap, but works fine. I set my lights on smooth color changing. I pointed them up into the trees, and they add a great ambiance. One important note that I was really pleased with is it will remember its setting after being shut off. This means it will work well with smarthome type switches.
