I got the hairspray. It didn't spray, so I had to unclog it before I ever really used it. It worked one time and then clogged up again. I tried to return it, but Amazon wouldn't take it back. I contacted Big Sexy and they said I had to go through Amazon. Long story short, I was in the midst of moving and didn't have time to really deal with a can of hairspray, but I did get in touch with Amazon and Big Sexy before the deadline to return and neither of them helped with the return. I do not recommend buying this product. The first can I bought had clogging issues also, but I was always able to correct it. Never again.

This can wouldn't spray as if there was no gas in the can. I wouldn't buy this item again as it is non-returnable.

New product does not spray, issue with nozzle. Product is not returnable and I have not been able to troubleshoot. Reading reviews, it seems to be an ongoing issue. Don't waste your money.

It holds OK. Not too stiff.

Just tried to use this hairspray and it doesn’t spray. Received it in July but just tried to use it for the first time. Can I send it back since the date to return it was in August?

Great product but spray nozzle that you depress to spray was busted. Good smell compared to the original.

I'll never know the full potential of this hairspray because IT ONLY SPRAYED ONCE!!It has a pleasant indiscernible fragrance that dissipates quickly! I have very fine thin hair and it felt light but firm & volumizing in/on the small area I managed to spray! Talk about a one hit wonder!Amazon has GOT to know that this "non-returnable item" and hundreds of items like it run a very high risk of having a defective sprayer or crappy nozzle!! Numerous negative reviews point this out!Amazon needs to be a little more accommodating with regard to returning pump and aerosol sprays!! They sent it TO ME??! What?? I don't understand the issue!!?? If I return it (sealed), is it going to combust in transit?? The thing that pisses me off the most is the fact that I had to call customer service to get a refund!So, now I have a Giant FULL can-o'-hairspray that is absolutely useless!
