I am a woman 5’5 and 130 lbs and size medium fit me perfectly. It would depend on how big your 10 year old is. I would also keep in mind the skirt is very short, I needed to wear shorts under mine for it to be appropriate for a convention I attended.

Yes but its a fabric tiara, i personally didnt like it so i bought one from another seller
