I am a senior with balance issues. I found the walking poles enabled me to continue walking . . safely.

Bought them for my wife, she loves them, not only are her legs getting stronger walking so are her arms. No more complaints about her lower back hurting after her 3-mile walks. Took her a couple of tries to get the hang of getting in sink while walking. Grips are great, two different feet a plus, color spot on. She likes them so much they stay in the car with her so there always available for walks.
