Wood Thumb Men's Recycled Wooden Tie

This tie is simply amazing. It's a gift and I'm holding my breadth as to whether or not the recipient would like it. Even if he doesn't, I do! It's so easy to adjust with the elastic behind and instructions are given to trim it according to your desired length. My only disappointment stems from the fact that this tie isn't that cheap so I kind of expected the handiwork to be really fine, however, there were some parts that weren't filed well enough, most noticeably the groove that holds the elastic in place. Can't be seen since it's behind, but just a tad disappointed.

Got as a 5th anniversary gift for my husband cuz I thought it was way cute and the fifth anniversary is "wood." He is a big guy at 6'4" and this was a perfect length for him. He doesn't wear it often (read: except when he thinks it'll make me happy...) because I don't think it's the most comfortable thing to wear, but he hasn't actually complained about- so I think it's okayish in the comfort department.I love it though! ;-)

This was a birthday present for my nerdy and trendy son. He loved it. I rated it with 4 stars because there was a tiny "chip" on the edge of one of sections. Not really noticeable unless pointed out and probably easily fixed by a bit of sanding and a little spray of clear sealer on the surface. All in all, cool.

Bought this for my brother, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the build, but it does look interesting and functions well. For $40 it's a pretty steep price. Next year, I might just might make some of my own.

Package arrived in a small paper coffee bag inside a ziplock to keep the smell of the finish away from permeating my other items. Thanks for that as my other orders might have been affected in a bad way. I am allowing it to air out for a couple of days. Awesome tie though, it really turned a lot of heads at work!

Made in China, I think. Nice, smooth wood with invisible seam where the elastic cord is hidden.

This is such a cool tie! It's a bit hard to adjust but gets such great comments. LOVE IT!
