Easy and fun hoop
We love this hoop! Our only issue is that it tipped once accidentally and the rim is now bent. Super sturdy and durable and if we can replace just the rim, it will be great!

Nice basketball hoop
Excellent customer service.I bought AWII Sports Basketball Hoop in January, however, it fell down and the hoop rim bend and the base cracked. I contacted the AWII Sports company by email and they answered my message immediately. They told me I was going to receive another new base and basketball hoop for free. They recommend me to fill the base with both water and sand for better stability. In addition, they even provided me with a tracking number. I received the new base and the new hook. My husband fill the base up with sand and water and now my children are playing basketball every day. They like it because it's tall enough for my 14 and 9 year old boys. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing basketball hoop with 1 small problem
Super easy to put together. Took myself about 30 minutes all together. Love the height for my younger kids (10 and 11) and the 10 foot height for when they are older! Seems pretty durable except the netting tore within 20 minutes of the kids using it. The ball went through and caused the net to tear. Definitely a bit disappointed by that which is why I took away 1 star.

Bigger than I thought.
Seems great so far. Feels solid and it looks great. I didn’t fill the base. Deciding to just use bags of sand to keep it in place. Which is working fine. Worth the money. Especially after seeing used ones were only $15 to $20 less than purchasing this new one.

Excellent customer service
Edit: Excellent customer service. They sent the replacement of broken parts. My son started using it again.Thank you for quick help.I got this product for my son. I followed all the directions as specified in the manual. I filled the base with sand as recommended. Just after a couple days I found that the rim went down because of the wind and the base bent. Now without the strong base, I couldn't use this product. If you can send a replacement for the base that could help to get the hoop up again. Please help.

Plays all day!
My 9 yr old grandson enjoys playing off and on all day. The adjustable pole also helps him to challenge himself sometimes.
