I am an amputee, so obviously looking after my remaining foot is important. I have a narrow Women's UK size 4. They look great, I really do like the look of them. Very disappointed in that these are extremely small fitting around the toe area especially. I'd advise to most definitely size up. I emailed the company but haven't heard back. Perhaps they'll see this to help remedy the situation.
