This item was a well received gift. It was especially perfect for her. It was very cute & was loaded with lots of activities that kept her attention.

My 6 year old daughter figured it out great easy to use. It's the same size as a regular phone just a little thicker. Volume is pretty loud on the game. It's been dropped a few times and put into a little purse and there are no scratches so very durable. Looks the same as the picture in color.

My 9 year old like it but I can’t seem to find how to turn down the volume! So it can’t be used out in public. It is so loud! I put a sticker over it to mask the sound a little but still loud.
