Box tree caterpillar - GONE
Does exactly what it says it does. Last year picked literally HUNDREDS of caterpillars by hand (yes counted them!) but spraying every week or so with Thuricide has worked a treat. Usual early summer cut and the hedge is returning to new growth again. Only a capful needed so although might, at first glance seem expensive, goes a long way. No need to use the pheromone trap any longer as no signs of moths either.

It works, but there are better value products out there if you plan on using this a lot
We recently planted a couple of grape vines in our Tucson, Arizona backyard and after a few weeks noticed that some of the leaves were starting to get eaten by tiny, 1/8" long, yellow and black striped caterpillars. These things were eating the leaves from the bottom side up. I looked on Amazon and immediately found this Bonide brand Thuricide-based product and bought it hoping it would work.It most certainly worked! It took two applications over a period of two days, following the instructions, and, most importantly -- making sure to spray UNDER THE LEAVES directly on the pests. After two days they were 100 percent dead, as in completely dried up and turned into little shriveled up caterpillar skeletons. After the first day there were still maybe 30% still alive, but I attribute that to the initial, too-quick, application I did on the leaves. However, after spraying the product on the leaves the second day, and making sure I sprayed under all the leaves, that ended up ensuring they were all dead by the third day.It does smell a little funny, but that's OK. It stains, but seems to wash off without any problems and is not permanent. The reason I downgraded it one star was, as others have noted, is that it only contains 15% Thuricide. In my case, and since I don't anticipate using it too many times again (I hope), it doesn't matter because it's more than enough to last me a few years. But if you're going to be using it a lot/very often, or have a lot of plants you need to treat, then I suggest you buy something else that has a higher concentration of the active ingredient. I've seen on Amazon that there are a number of choices with a more than 80% concentration. They're more expensive, but in the long run a better buy.But if you're looking for something cheap, easy to use, and you don't need a lot, then this Bonide brand Thuricide is a good buy.

Works!
Had a bunch of caterpillars eating tomato plants. Setup the sprayer and mix per instructions and the next batch of tomatoes came out well, no caterpillars!

Measuring cup issues
I have used this product in the past and loved it so this year I decided to get the concentrate and mix my own. The instructions all stated tsp per gallon however the measuring cup that come with the product is in oz, and Tsp. Please be careful. Praying I don’t loose my veggies

It works
I have been using bt for years to prevent caterpillar damage to my most vulnerable trees. Bonide's Thuricide has been my go-to brand because it consistently works as long as I apply it as the leaves are just about to open. It works best when the caterpillars are very young.
