This item stopped working after one use! I re-charged it thinking it was the battery but it’s completely in-operable.. I didn’t save the packaging because it seemed like such good quality .. disappointing

I liked it until it stopped working, this happened on day two. The frother wouldn't turn off! Had to take the battery out to keep it from running. Returned.

The best frother out there. the only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because you can't detach the metal wire and rod.

We've had one of these for about a year now. It foams milk very well and I love the USB rechargable feature, but the switch started to malfunction after a few months, and continues to challenge us every morning. How hard can it be to put a reliable switch in this?!?!

I thought this was the "cat's meow" until it scared me to death by starting to run all by itself!! Had to pull the top off to get it to quit. Then, to use it, had to manually put the top back on so that the battery contact worked. The rechargeable feature with the USB cord was niffty....the only reason to give this any stars at all!

I would give it 0 if I could. Do not buy it. I had it running for 5 minutes for a cup of milk. Nothing happened
