Most of these reviews comment on just the taste. I'm here to tell you that after only 2 weeks on it not only does it taste good, but our energy, clarity, sleep, bowels and sex drive have improved massively. Our sleep is so much deeper and we can actually sleep in on the weekends and not wake up at 0430! I wish they weren't gummies, but it is what it is. My husband and I are both taking them.

I love! I was honestly looking for something natural non habit forming to help calm down my nerves which have been really bad lately. I felt a shift in my overall mood after taking the recommended amount (which is 2).They don’t look or smell very appetizing but the taste for me wasn’t too overwhelming and has a natural taste with a little sweet. I will try to remember to come back in a few weeks time to give my overall opinion.
