This is a well used item in my kitchen. Adds so much pleasant flavour to the pasta meals.

No ingredient list?
Tasty and aromatic spice blend but no ingredients? I've been hesitant to make food for friends because I don't know if they'll be allelic to something in the spice mix. That's the main drawback from this otherwise it tastes and seems good quality.

Excellent blend
A very good blend of spices for that Moroccan flavour. Used it in my tagine with lamb and it was near perfect, will definitely be buying another when this tin runs out.

Blended Beautifully
What an aroma…! The kitchen filled up with the aroma as soon as the lid was opened..so much so that a friend asked to order one for them too. Used in Chicken Curry and cannot praise less. A must try.

Word to the wise: this is dukkah with no nuts included
Based on this dukkah's description and reviews I was really looking forward to tasting it, but sadly was somewhat disappointed. First of all, the ingredients. As the listing doesn't include them, they are: "Spices, sesame seed, salt, chickpea flour, maltodextrin, sugar, chilli flakes, sunflower oil, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent)." So where are the nuts? As even this listing states: "Dukkah traditionally incorporates toasted nuts, most commonly hazelnuts or almonds. The nuts are roasted to bring out their natural flavours and then finely ground." Yet in this product there is a complete absence of them. Not even the teeniest tiniest humblest hazelnut. And as for the spices... well, if you want something nice and spicy that smells overwhelmingly of ground cumin to rub into your chicken or pep up your curry (and I do love cumin), then I can happily recommend it. But if like me you wanted something authentic to dip your homemade flatbread into, the there other listings for dukkah on Amazon that you may find better.

Subtle flavour
This Japanese spice blend comes well presented in a tin. The spices aren’t actually listed anywhere, which is a bit unhelpful. From the taste I wouldn’t be surprised if they included wasabi, but there were other flavours in there too which I couldn’t identify, and have probably not encountered before. The spice blend adds quite a bit of heat to a dish, but though it does contain chilli flakes, it’s more subtle than I get from spices with chilli peppers - intensely warm rather than fiery. It was a little difficult to know how to use it. The container has suggestions about using it in sauces etc but a bit more info would have been helpful, and maybe a recipe suggestion to get me started. I tried using it in a stir fry, and it did liven up the dish.I don't find the flavour particularly more-ish, but it makes a nice change from the usual spices I use so overall I am very happy with this spice mix.

Very disappointed
I had purchased for a Christmas present Nov 2023. Noticed that best before date is Jan 2024. I cannot exchange it or get a refund. Feel real disappointment. So would not recommend purchasing this product.
