Got this and tried charging it and everything but It wont turn on. Now I have to return it.Update: Exchanged the first one to give them another chance, got the replacement it worked once than would not recharge, junk!!! Sent yhe second one back for a full refund.

Very powerful and targeted massager. It’s very nice that it does not need to be plugged in to be used so it can be used anywhere after being charged.

This is nice in concept, but the whole point in buying a massager like this, is to be able to use it on your own, without requiring assistance from someone to get it in the right spot. The reason I wanted to try it, was that it used a different motion other than rotating balls, and to provide more of a kneading, which it does... But... They made the "handles" way too narrow, so when you try to maneuver it to a different position on your back, which only can be done via the handles, because you cannot reach behind yourself in certain locations, all it does is flop out of position because the center is so heavy, and the straps are not wide enough to combat twisting of the center, which frustratingly makes it near impossible to get correctly positioned.Then when the unit is completely charged, it flashes a white light indicator... Not solid, but flashing... Thanks for keeping me awake if I have it on a charger near the bed.Go back to your engineering team and re-think this, make the straps (handles) wider so the center doesn't twist, and how about an internal track where the end user can have more control of the width? One size does not fit all.

Didnt know if this was going to really work, but it does! I wear it at my desk mostly. And it does feel good, this is cheaper than going to the massage place which can get pricey.

Received package, opened it, try to turn it on, and nothing, I look around the product there’s a usbc plug for charging but they couldn’t add a 1dollar charger?! It’s useless now since I have to go out and buy a charger. That’s why a two star. If there was a zero star I would give it.
