Not worth the money!
Basically a piece of curved, very hard, colored bumpy styrofoam! Might be good for foot step ups! Definitely not for anyone doing beginner back stretches. Very uncomfortable. For the same amount of money or less, I would purchase back stretcher that has adjustable curve degree and made of a more softer, comfortable material like memory foam material. Description and photos of site are not as described.

Good - Unclear How to Use
The product is sturdy and appears to be for multiple uses. Its use for my concern, back pain, is unclear. The product came with no instructions but I found references on-line.

Hard to lay on/update
I tried on the floor.It is so hard I could not lay on it.I will try laying on the bed with it.It is like laying on a rock.I would not suggest this at all.UpdateManufacturer reached out and is taking care of it.UPDATE they said they were going to credit me.They NEVER did that.
