I got the pair today, and put them in my boots, looking at passed reviews I put them under the boots inner sole, so they stay in place. They stay put and are comfortable in place. A good buy Amazon.

Feels good to start of with but after being on your feet for 12 hours my heels still have the same pain as if I didn't have them in.

No problems with quality

I put the heel supports in my shoes but the pain was more uncomfortable with them than without.

So happy with these, they have saved a lot of unecessary pain.
