Can't go wrong
Delivery was excellent - three working days using free delivery - British Mail postal service. I have a few Muddy CDs bought this for one or two tracks I didn't have. Happy with it overall, can't really go wrong if you like blues.

almost perfect
This is a good record of a very great artist and it contains some of the most seminal and hard-hitting blues in the catalogue. However, there are a few essential recordings not represented here and these versions of Mannish Boy and Hootchie Coochie Man are not the originals and a long way from being the best. Although HCM is a more than acceptable, this version of MB is frankly pants. All the same at this price, it's a good value cd as are the sister volumes by Wolf and Sonny Boy Williamson. For serious Muddy fans however, the two cd 'Collection', though more expensive, is a better deal in the long run.

One of the old time greats .
A style of music you have to like , guys like this led the way in early blues . Muddy Waters style was kinda sexual .

Disappointing
There was nothing wrong with the recording quality ... it is just the songs. I expected better music from Muddy Waters ... the only song of note is Mojo, the first track. Not worth the cut price offer

This is where it all started
This is where it all started. Clapton regards him as the master and I quite simply agree. Most of our current music bears its origins in the blues men of yesteryear sadly most of whom are no longer with us.
