worked, but!!!
these seemed to work nicely but the width is soo small. i have boat shoes/sneakers and they are narrow. these float around in the shoe(no pun intended) they definitely did the job but just kept shifting. i tried to see if the company had a web site to see if they carry wider ones but couldn't find one. too bad. they feel as good as the doctors prescription ones and alot cheaper.

Ok build but way off in size
This insole seems ok in terms of build construction but is so far off in size that I would not recommend it to anyone unless you buy oversize and plan to trim extensively.I bought the "10.8" inch, this should equate to a US size 11-12 based on listed brand size differences. The insole was a full inch too short (compared to a perfect fitting insole I took out of the shoe) and a full 1/2" too narrow in all dimensions (I wear a US size 11.5 wide). So, this was more of a size 9 insole in terms of standard US sizing dimensions. In addition the arch was a full inch or so too far to the heel of where it should be, as i imagine it would be when putting a size 9 insole in a size 11.5 shoe.So if you wear size 9 narrow US sizing maybe get the 10.8 and you'll be super happy, for the rest of us you should probably pick a product that uses normal US sizing standards when marketing to american customers.

Appreciate the Effort
The JXKWSY Orthopedic Insoles Supination Corrective Shoe Inserts for Corrective Supination, O/X Type Leg Corrective Arch Support Inserts(Size : 10.8in) (10.8in) was a product I was very keen on trying. Those of us who have supination issues (which includes you, if you're reading this. Odd thing to read about otherwise) can identify with the frustration of all those plantar fasciitis, high-arched elite hogging the market with such an extreme majority of corrective foot products being geared toward them. Of all the time I have spent shopping on Amazon (too much. Far too much), I have never been as frustrated as when trying to find a product like this. All that to say, I was stoked on these bad boys. Then they arrived. No fuss, no fanfare. I wasn't expecting a parade or anything but the box didn't even have that Pulp Fiction briefcase glow when I opened it. I assumed that was a cost-cutting measure and while I understood it, I didn't like it. Can't fault the product for it's presentation, though, so on I went. I lined one of them up against my dog-walking shoes and the first thing I noticed is that these things are narrow. I can't speak for the entire community of "Supies" (yet), but I am fairly confident that a good amount of us tend to skew "wide" on the foot width spectrum. Again, at this point, I am not an expert so I have no ojidea if it needed to be any wider or not. Best I just stop with my inner monologues and just try the darn things. So I slip them in my shoe which, if you order the right size for your feet, was shockingly easy to do. They sat well within the shoe and aren't think or bulky enough to cause any measurable discomfort or crowding feeling. They DO have a failry pronounced arch corrector and if that's not a problem you suffer with or particularly care for, then that's gonna be a deal-breaker for you because that tends to be the most dramatic feature of the JXKWSY Orthopedic Insoles Supination Corrective Shoe Inserts for Corrective Supination, O/X Type Leg Corrective Arch Support Inserts(Size : 10.8in) (10.8in).Insofar as assisting or alleviating, it doesn't. I have used them in the dog walking shoes every day for the last week and we walk an average of six miles per day. So I put this product through its paces (pun absolutely intended). The JXKWSY Orthopedic Insoles Supination Corrective Shoe Inserts for Corrective Supination, O/X Type Leg Corrective Arch Support Inserts(Size : 10.8in) (10.8in) just doesn't provide any quantifiable improvements but it does have a few issues that are consistent and pressing enough that I have to recommend choosing a different product because, as all my Supies know, if it isn't helping, it's hurting.

Not big enough for men's 11!!!!!!!
largest size available is about a size 9. So it's not wide enough to fully span the foot bed to cheat it.It is nice quality just be sure to measure your foot!

Not bad
Maybe a little too compressive in that it could be a little firmer.

Too Narrow and Length is an Issue
These insoles are narrower than anticipated. Additionally, they seem to be missed sized in length. I ordered the 10.8 insole and have a true 10.5 foot size. My foot goes to the very tip of these, if here is 'any' movement of my foot within the shoe then my toes overhang the insole. I would think the insole should be the length of the shoe vs my foot to address this. I would think the 10.8 are good for a person that wears a 9.5 shoe size. The insoles have a slight extra thickness on the outside of the heal by design. The insoles are made of a dense foam so they are not particularly cushy but that is not their intent. Note. the insoles are not hard but not cushy like some insoles. Essentially, they will not add too much bulk to your shoe. if you purchase, then buy larger than you think you need. you can always cut to size.

Largest (10.8") is still too small
Since I wear 13W, ordered the largest size offered;which they equate to Men's US 9-9.5. So trimmingcapability is NOT an advantage, as my toes are tadlonger than insert. (un)Fortunately, since MY issueis supination (walk with pressure on outside ankles)it is only a mild distraction....I'd prefer it 'full-lengthbut being a bit too short does not impede the result. My feet automatically adjust to 'walking outward' &subsequently relieve lower back/ankle/calf/hip pains.Spent years unsuccessfully trying/relying on variety ofalternatives, some prescribed and VERY expensive. Butthese are by far the best 'feel' I've ever experienced ANDthey only cost $15!!! That's about what those extremelythin over-the-counter Dr. S 'cushions' cost...and they servelittle to no comfort, much less solve ANY supination issues!(withheld 1/2-star solely for unavailability of my sized insert)

Nice orthopedic replacement insert!
First, use this as a replacement insert only. I tried to put it in my Red Wing boots, and that is a no-go. It works perfectly in place of the OEM insert in my walking shoes.I picked the 10.8" inserts, which fit nearly perfectly in my size 9 walking shoes. I'd say that the width is more for B versus the standard men's width of D, but they still work fine. If you are E width or wider, these would be a poor choice. I did notice that there are cut lines on the toe to go down a 1/2 size and a full size.I'd probably give this 5 stars if I didn't have to do the research to figure out what size to buy. The seller should really figure out the listing for US sizes. It's not that much work. I don't buy an insert in "inches."
