Well made and heavy duty.
I was very impressed with this product. It is very well made and easy to assemble. It is just the right size for my trailer. The only, minor, bag thing to say is that the instructions aren't the best. We couldn't figure out how to bungee the tarp on. My son finally figured out to flip up the tarp edge and the is another small flap with grommets to bungee to the frame. Otherwise, I can't say anything bad. Great product at a reasonable price.

Great quality. It'll take 2 people to put up. I'll buy another soon.
Great price and value as well as great quality. Worried as upon deliver the box was beat up badly, but no damage to components. It'll take two people to put it up. Instructions are in very small print, and I'm old. The tie down ropes (strings) are not adequate, so I discarded them. I used ratchet tie downs, works great. Takes a little adjustment to get square when finished. I'll move on ya. The cover is good quality, so far it's lasted through a bad winter. Sill intact, only one grommet pulled out. Small pipe is used, so you'll just have to deal with that. I've added treated wood to the inside, both to help weigh it down, but to also hang various tools and items on, as well as help keep weather out. I'd buy it again.

Seems Good So Far
I bought this canopy to store a boat under. It was shipped via FedEx and came quickly. Unfortunately, FedEx dropped the box of poles on my front porch step and dented 6 of the poles. I contacted the seller and Kelly the customer service representative immediately replaced the poles! That being said, so far I am pretty happy with the canopy. It was easy to assemble and having the adjustment in leg length is a good feature. The poles aren't as heavy duty as I was hoping, or remember other canopies in the past as being. The tarp for the roof seems like it's good quality and I like that the tarp covers the edges. The tie-downs that came with it are too small, I was hoping they would be good. I bought other tie downs from Rural King that worked well. I've only had it up a week, so I can't speak to durability.

I’m impressed.
I just upgraded from two 10x10 quick-popup tents to this and this is a huge step up in materials and stability. Much more robust steel and canopy material than the pop ups.I have it set at a low height, and it has a little wiggle to it, but it’s plenty sturdy, and much sturdier than pop-ups.12x20 structure goes together easily. Instructions are good - though it took me a minute to understand the canopy has interior grommets for attachment to the frame. In my defense it was windy and I had my hands full trying to attach the canopy at all. Kit was complete - no missing bits. Components are well engineered and no bodging was necessary.I erected it by myself, but it’s good idea to have two people. Erecting solo, it took me about four hours from unboxing to anchored and totally complete, in a wind.Very happy how it has handled 25 mph winds. I’m confident it will withstand much more wind load. I have not seen it perform under snow load, or, how well/long it handles Arizona’s UV conditions. And, as yet, I have not seen how well the canopy fends for itself when a conspiracy of bored ravens attempts to destroy it. But so far, very pleased.

Good canopy and great customer service
We (two physically able engineers - one strong, one... not) put this together in about 2 hours. We weren't rushing - it was easy - and we had to figure out how to erect it around a camper we couldn't move (a T@B 400 for those interested in the size). Most of the pieces were labeled correctly, and when they weren't it was easy enough to compare to others to figure out what it was. One pipe came dented in several places and while it still fit and was fine, we reached out to customer support and asked that it be replaced since it does make the piece weaker. They responded right away and said they would send a new one out asap and asked if we'd send a photo "if possible". The replacement was sent the next day and it took a little over a week to arrive. We put this up to block the summer sun over the camper and so far it's great.

Do not use in a windy area
After reading some of the reviews and the description, this sounded like a good canopy to cover my boat. Was I wrong.....Purchased in Sept 2022, the 12x20 'Heavy Duty' carport canopy. Everything came in the boxes. I was very suspect of the durability due to the thin wall frame with push button / snap together poles. It was real easy to put together, but was not stable due to the all the loose pole connections. The tarp is your standard silver, NOT heavy duty, tarp that usually last 1-2 years. Instead of using the sandbags (which honestly would not hold up to much wind), all 8 legs were strapped to a 5gal buckets that had 60# of cement in each.Knowing we had a storm approaching with high winds, and concerned with the thin walled frame, I added additional ratchet straps going to the frame to my boat trailer, being careful to not overtighten them. I've done this in the past with another canopy I purchased and the frame lasted for over 20 years. This thing was not going anywhere. Boy was I wrong! The storm come through with wind gusts in the 40-50 mile range that proceeded to twist and bend the frame and rip the top to pieces. I'm fine with the top being destroyed, as mentioned it's thin cheap material. I planned on having a high quality top made out of canvas.I'm not ok with the label that this is 'Heavy Duty'. IT IS NOT!AND...No Warranty information available on Amazon. State to contact the seller. No Company exists with the name Advance Outdoor. There's an Amazon store with no contact information.

Good product
Good product, I will anchor the 4 corners to a tree to keep it from "swaying" but overall it is fairly sturdy

Not very heavy duty. Collapsed in a month
Very easy to put together even with one person. But it did not last and collapsed in about a month in a mild storm. Today we had some rain and about 23 mph winds and I heard a loud noise. I came out to find the structure had collapsed on my car. The actual frame had bent in the wind with multiple frame areas failing.Updating my review to add a star since my experience with customer support was so good. The seller was very responsive and respectful. We were able to come be to an agreement very quickly.
