The picture is clear...but when I paid almost $300 for the system I was not expecting to pay $15.99 per line per month for storage and review purposes...I never had problems using a chip of my own to record videos...I will return this system because of that

I love this system !! I am able to see all around my rural home in the woods. We have been hit with an arctic blast of very cold weather. I have a 4 camera system and then I lost one camera. I removed it from outside with the power adapter. It would not work inside and warmed up, so I exchanged the power adapter from another working camera and it worked. I then was able to call Hiseeu and got a courteous person and after exchanging information they agreed to send me a replacement at no cost. Very pleasant experience with customer support. Thank you Hiseeu!! Great service.
