I've had this for a few months now and used it to print on Brainstorm ID cards  Inkjet PVC Cards (100 Pack) - Inkjet Printable PVC ID Cards with Brainstorm ID's Enhanced Ink Receptive Coating - Waterproof and Double Sided Printing - Works with Epson and Canon Inkjet Printers I found that the cards didn't fit properly. The corners were just too big for the cutout on the tray. However, I easily managed to make the cutout slightly bigger with a craft knife, which solved that problem.You need to clean the tray after use, as ink does spray onto the tray around the cards. You might not have this problem, depending on the software that you use to print from. I used the templates on the Brainstorm site.You need to use a card in both cutouts or cover the one you don't use (I used a taped down piece of paper, so as not to waste cards) otherwise you will get ink sprayed down into the inards of the printer, which can't be good.As to printing, it was perfect. The tray never jammed and worked fine with my Canon iP4950 printer.
