Does nothing for hand strength .I thought !
Really disappointed with this. It does nothing to make you hand strength . Once I got it right it wore me out the first time. My arms were burning. This product really works!

Worked great once
The ball worked great once then never worked well again. Unfortunately I would NOT recommend this product.

Once you get the hang of it, it’s a lot of fun. And it burns your forearms.
The media could not be loaded. I received one that was broken, Amazon immediately replaced it and then I thought the second one was broken and this stuff doesn’t work, but after a few days I got the hang of it and it’s very cool. It definitely works your forearms, and it gets spinning soooo fast. I’m glad I took the time to figure it out. I love it now. At the price, I’m not too worried if it doesn’t last me a super long time, I’m enjoying it now.

gyro ball is just great
I had an early version of this ball back in the 1970's but it has long since been trashed. The Gyro ball surpasses the old one by a huge margin. Easy to start and fun to use. Happy I got it.

It does work
So it takes a bit of figuring out, how to make it spin with your hand/wrist movements - but once you do, it's a great little stealthy hand/wrist/arm exerciser. I've seen them sell for $50 elsewhere so the deal is really here, and it's real folks! I wasn't paid or given a free sample to write this.

Junk
This product is absolutely useless . First of all not real good manual but i figured there is not a real need for it. Sumply wind it in direci of arrows and resleas it and let it wind that suppoy to create resistance on your wrist but nonsence this thing winds very slowly for few seconds and stops no matter what you do. Complete garbage believe me. Dont waist hour money.

Good hand exercise
It takes some practice to get this thing spinning like it is supposed to do, but once you get it down it really does a nice job of exercising your hand. I docked a star because my first one broke, but they sent a replacement and it works well.
