Equal Exchange Organic Green Tea, 20-Count (Pack of 3)

This product says it's a 3 pack, but only one box showed up. When I did a return to get the other two, only one box showed up again. Now it says that this item is not returnable. They steal your money.

I order this tea on a regular basis. This is the first time I was shorted by two boxes with no explanation.On 11/16/2020, I received another box of the tea. If my math is correct, one plus one equals two, not three. I am still shorted by one box.

I've purchased this product in the past and was very happy with the tea. Unfortunately, tea bags are opening up while steeping it in the cup in most recent box of tea I purchased. Seems like some quality control problem at the factory.

Either I've been spoiled by the previous brand I have purchased or this tea had a problem in the production process because I taste no vanilla in it at all. It tastes like plain rooibos. I could pay less buying plain rooibos and flavoring it myself. I won't purchase this brand again but now I'm stuck with 3 boxes to get through first.

My daughter gave me a box of this for Christmas several years ago and I really liked it and so, have been ordering it thru Amazon and enjoying a cup now and then. Meanwhile, I've developed a terrible addiction to coffee, to which I'm adding powdered skim milk to make "lite lattes" and it's showing on my waistline. I'm convinced of the health benefits of coffee but didn't want to have to lose the health benefits. Then, I did some research on Rooibos and learned that it has many of the same nutrients as coffee but without the caffeine. It purportedly conveys numerous health benefits, especially for those of us over age 60. So, I'll be replacing some of lattes with this. Also, I find that I can get two 20 ounce cups of tea from one bag -- I just let it steep a long time.

Finding good vanilla Rooibos is hard. This one is really great for the price and amount that you get. Not super sweet or too powerful with the vanilla taste. In fact, I would request that it would be a little more flavorful to really give you the vanilla taste, but I like to add honey and almond milk, which makes it even better.Summary: Best that I have found on amazon and without needing to buy loose leaf tea at local expensive tea shops!

This is an acceptable sub for the discontinued Tazo Vanilla Rooibos. It's lacking some of the sweetness from the apple that was in Tazo's blend but it's a nice hint of vanilla and the rooibos is lovely. I'm thinking about taking my last 2 bags to a real tea shop and see what they can do but for at home, and my daily cuppa, this is a good one. And so much cheaper than I can get the Tazo that people are hanging on to from days gone by...

I feel like the lady from that old Wendy's commercial, except it's "Where's the vanilla?"Honestly. I have tried using double the tea bags per cup but there isn't a hint of vanilla to be found in the flavor. Totally indistinguishable from regular Rooibos tea.Having said that, I feel it's good value for good Rooibos tea, and I like the ethical stance of the company.
