This works great and is the right one.
A cap is a cap, but at least this was the "right cap" for my 20 year old Shindaiwa power broom, so I am happy about that. What was needed to stop my original cap from leaking was the cork washer inside it. However, you can buy this complete cap (including washer) for the same money as just a cork washer so "go for it". Another "positive" is that the cap comes sealed in original manufacturer's packaging so you know this is not a red Chinese "knock-off".
