Pro's - very nice design, colors, and sturdy.Con's - poor Packaging for shipping. Shipped in a bag with no interior protection. The inside product was in a box (which was damaged but luckily there was some bubble wrap around the mug it was not damaged. I'm keeping the mug, but starting to notice a recent change in Amazon's shipping/Packaging prractice. I hope they address it soon.
