Great value
These have been fantastic so far. Lasted much longer than benchmark abrasive discs.

Long lasting, fast cutting.
I’m an amateur metalworker, still learning the ropes. I’d been using cheap-o flap discs to smooth my ugly welds and they worked fine but wore down quickly. A friend recommended ceramic discs so I tried these based on the price. They last twice as long and cut twice as fast. Great product at a fair price.

Easy prep work
I used these to clean up and roughen up an aluminum surface prior to painting. These flap discs easily took off the oxidation and dirt with no clogging. The disc still looked brand new after I used it on this piece.

It is ok.
I only paid $1 per disc, so I didn't expect much. The disc looks and feels fine but as soon as I turn the angle grinder on, a bunch of dust and material fly off the disc, it didn't last as long as the HF disc, and the surface is definitely not as smooth. For the price it is ok, but I will not buy it again. You probably could find HF disc on sale for the same price with better quality and last longer.

Much better flap discs than what I've been using. Premium flap discs
Usually flap discs are fairly inexpensive if you are getting the silica/sandpaper ones. The ceramic ones which last a lot longer are quite a bit more expensive. It was hard to tell from the listing what these were going to actually be as one area stated silica and another said ceramic. I assumed for the price they weren't going to be ceramic but on receiving them and using the first time I am very surprised and pleased as these are certainly ceramic flap wheels. They are a much lower price than the ones I've purchased the last couple of times and actually seem to be much better with regard to performance. I tend to use these primarily with knives (amateur knife-making at this point, and lots to learn) but they are great because they don't heat up as much as a standard grinding disc, and are safer to use (using an angle grinder in general IS dangerous however). Can't wait to try for other things, as they are that good. These are going to last me forever (hopefully) as they look to be made very well, and would now be what I consider a "premium" flap disc. Highly recommended!

This aint no Weeble
These discs maintained their integrity rather well, the grit seemed to remain stable and enduring, and during use it showed a nice removal of various surfaces. And, one of my own pet peeves, the grit didn't fill in and clog the disc easily, I had to really push it into some old wet rotten logs to even start having that happen.Would I call this a good product, yes. Would I purchaser it again, yes, Do I wish that I had had a few of these a decade or two ago? Yes.

Average 40 grit flap disk
These flap disks work as expected. I've got a project cutting some various shapes out of 5/8" plate with the plasma and I've cleaned all the edges up with these disks. I went through all 10 disks in about 3 days which is about average in my shop. Of course they work great when they're fresh and tend to slow down quite a bit after a short amount of time, and they tend to loose their shape (flat bottom) quickly. All of this is pretty typical. 1 star taken because for about the same cost you can buy the extra thick flap disks that last a little longer, but other than that, I have no complaints with them.
