Delivery speedy however even though this was advertised and purchased as a genuine spare part for my make and model laptop I doubt it actually was. The connection didn't feel right or like the original, the adaptor itself looked universal and on plugging it in and turning on the power it blew my electrics. I can't comment on the company's after sales service as I have not yet been in touch with them. I since have found my original mains adaptor and luckily no damage has been done to my laptop. I will be taking this up with the supplier.

The charger works fine and is quite light, but the pin is always falling out of the socket on the laptop, it doesn't stay in place so I find my laptop sometimes runs out of power without me realising it's no longer plugged in.

It's a laptop charger, it fits the laptop and it charges it.It would be tough to get it wrong, though I'll wager there are certain companies out there that would manage. But in this case, it's a perfectly adequate product at an excellent price.

Worked for 10 minutes before making strange crackling noises. Then stopped charging completely. It's probably my own fault for buying something so cheap and naff. Ordered a proper charger and put this down to experience. What's more annoying is I paid more for the postage as I needed it urgently!!!

Just as described n speedy delivery time

Our lead just blew up too!!!!!!!!!! Just plugged it in and it went bang. Fortunately laptop still working, but not very happy. Also had to always jiggle with it to get it working. Have only had it 5months. Would not recommend. Lead is also shorter in length than shown.
