These are very rigid, anatomically formed supports with arches, padded heels & forefoot that offer amazing support for my plantar fasciitis. I thought my New Balance had a support insole, but not this kind of support. NB store changed their insole brand a few years ago, & my feet tell me they are inferior to the previous brand. However, these are excellent; my plantar fasciitis is improving! Let's see how they hold up. I will be getting more while they're available. Highly recommend!

I had horrible pain in the arch of my left foot & I had thought it was because I wore cheap shoes (jelly pops) which had no support, so I went and invested $150 on a pair of new balance, but they still felt like I had no support in my foot & I was still in pain, so I figured I had nothing to loose by trying these. I was SHOCKED at how amazing these were. I decided to slide them in my cheap flat shoes yesterday and before long the pain was gone, plus I couldn’t believe that they would fit even in my little throw on shoes. Today I decided to put them in my new balance and I just they are amazing. Fit perfect & normally I can’t wait to get my shoes off, I have kept my shoes on for hours longer even while at home. The price was amazing because other inserts I had looked at that weren’t as nice of quality were over $100. I feel like they are very durable and will last and I am feeling no more pain. I will be buying more for all my shoes.

Provides padding and comfort. Not top tier but good for low intensity workouts.

These insoles are very comfortable and perfect for long 24-hour days. They provide great arch support and reduce foot pain. I can wear them in any shoes, and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone on their feet all day!

I stand/walk on concrete floors for nine hours a day for work- and I’ve been trying for months to find something to help my feet not hurt so fiercely by the end of the day. I’ve tried multiple different brands of shoes, inserts, even custom orthotics that I spent a crazy amount of money on… but none have worked as well as these. The arch support is just right, my plantar fasciitis pain does not flare up in these, and they are genuinely comfortable. A serious deal!

Since I stared to use it, is helping me a lot with my feet pain. Quality and material are so good, value for money.

Not as high an arch support as I expected from the reviews. I added a stick-on support and it was OK.

I bought these for inside my tennis shoes to protect my feet ( and heels) when walking. I wear a women's 8.5 and bought a small, which fit perfectly. They easily slip in the shoe and were easy to wear. They are not so big that they squeeze the foot against the top of the shoe, which is nice. They are also very firm, especially in the arch area. That takes some getting used to! It takes wearing a week or two to get used to them. Once you do, they are great.
