Looks like a reseal to me
Been collector for over 10 years. I understand you aren't guaranteed a rare or ultra rare but if you look closely at this Packaging it definitely looks like it's tampered with. So if you use basic reasoning and say four packs no good pulls and a packs that definitely looks like it's been resealed has to make you wonder were these tins Factory sealed or not. Buy at your own risk.
