Fantastic book! Every home should have a copy!
I bought this on the basis of a recommendation by Dr Amir Khan and wow am I glad I did! What an absolutely fantastic book this is. Easy to follow, well written and I love the QR codes that take you to Lavina’s YouTube videos. Such a great idea! I love that the exercises are called “snacks” as it makes them seem more manageable and achievable rather than a lengthy workout. There really is no excuse now not to do any exercise through the day! The whole book is written in a way that is encouraging and makes you feel as if Lavina is there with you every step of the way. What a great woman she is - thank you Lavina!

Title: The best investment for your health - a must buy!
As a mother to 2 daughters, a daughter-in-law and a grandmother, I wish this book had been around for me sooner and during my own menopause, but I’m thrilled it’s here to help my loved ones. This easy guide offers practical tools that we can all use - men and women, all ages and abilities. It’s wonderful to know that exercises and ideas as short as a minute count and they are backed by science to help improve our health.It’s pure genius and the QR codes to videos are such a valuable touch - it feels like Lavina is your companion when you use this book. Her beautiful photo on the book shows what she is teaching works as she is a living example it. Her knowledge and passion comes out in every page and this book will motivate you however you are feeling!Plus don’t need to “read” it, you can just pick it up and choose a snack! That’s what I love about it. Spending half an hour to an hour for exercise used to put me off exercising completely but I love picking a snack from this as doesn’t feel like a mammoth task and I feel so good after it.This book should be in every household and is the perfect gift!
