Pecorino cheese is a typical Calabrian product. It is a cheese obtained from the processing of exclusively local sheep's milk or from southern Italy. The rind and the dough are soft and tend to become harder and harder depending on how long the season is. The taste is delicate, sweet and aromatic, fresh with a minimum aging of 40 days.
