I decided on this heating pad because the reviews said it actually gets hot and it didn’t disappoint! I’ve had quite a few heating pads over the years and I’ve never found one that works as well as this one. I get really bad back cramps during my period and this thing is a godsend. It’s pretty comfortable to lay on too and a great size. This thing is definitely going to be getting some use.

The heating pad arrived in new condition with clear instructions. The pad worked without any hassle - the problem was that it was warm but only warm at the highest heating section. When I checked, I noticed that the manufacturer lists the same wattage for all four sizes of their heating pad. I assume that the only thing that changes from the "smaller" less expensive pads and the "bigger" more expensive pads was the pad - not the heating area or quantity or intensity of heating provided.Also, the write-up on Amazon touted its six heat settings. The instruction manual, on the other hand, lists the six heat settings apportioned between only three heat levels. Heat setting 1 is the low heat level; heat setting 6 is the high heat level; heat settings 2 through 5 are the medium heat level.The price for this pad was on the low end so I guess you get what you pay for.

I love the texture and the size of this heating pad.

Purchased November 24th and delivered the 27th. It quit working on February 16th. It lasted 2 months and 25 days and no apparent warranty. Be wary of imported crap without a warranty!
