Santal Blanc Perfume Oil

I am a male and I have smelled the actual sandalwood WOOD. So, I know what it is supposed to smell like and this oil smells exactly like real sandalwood. It is quite sharp in the opening but after a few minutes it has a heavenly drydown which gives out the pure sandalwood smell and it lasts for at least six hours on my skin. Unlike the body shop sandalwood oil, I believe this is made with real sandalwood. It is made in Morocco and it definitely has an exotic middle-eastern drift. Get it before it disappears because sandalwood oil is becoming increasingly hard to find.Good job Madini!

It is ok..

Scent was very weak, for the amount I paid I would say its not worth it

Madini is very lasting and high quality for the price. This sandalwood is on the very dry side and doesn't have that sweet aroma that I am used to, its starts out sort of pungent then drys down to an agreeable sandalwood, not one of my favorites. I have tried many Madini oils and the only ones worth having are ambergris,alma de alma and perhaps fluer de printemps, too many of them have a turpentine and overly strange smell. If you are more conservative and do not like woody and very exotics perfumes, than Madini may not be for you.

This is an excellent sandalwood oil. I wasn't expecting such an authentic scent. However Madini Ambergris oil is the an all time love of mine. But this one is worth buying.
