Antari ANF350 - Best hazer for the money!
All I can say is...WOW! I own two of the Chauvet Hurricane Haze 2D, which have served me very well. I needed another hazer to supplement the Chauvets for an outdoor show, (always a challenge), so I picked up the Antari ANF350.On full blast this baby just keeps going and going. Sure...it's not going to put out arena type volumes, (let's face it...you gt what you pay for), but for the price this unit really generated some great, very fine haze that looked great without appearing to be overly dense fog. Most impressive of all was that it used 1/3 the fluid of my Chauvet units while putting out a greater volume of haze.I have since taken to using it as my primary hazer for indoor use as well. I do not have the remote unit...seems a little cheap to not include it, but that's no big deal to me as I use DMX anyway. Controls on the back are easy to use as well...you don't need the remote OR DMX to run the unit. The particulates it generates are very fine. This is perfect when you want your lights to look great but don't want to obscure your singers in a blanket of fog.

lights with it looked really good. so far it seems like a solid deal
very well constructed. it so happens i took this out the first week it rolled in to a bar my bass players cover band was rocking out at. the bar had this exact same model and they ran mine on one side of the stage with the one they had. they had been running theirs 3 nights a week at about 7% with no issues for several months. iirc they had not even cleaned there hazer even yet. they would run it at a low % steady most of the night off and on. lights with it looked really good. so far it seems like a solid deal. $400 isn't cheap but the quality seems there and i am impressed with what i've seen and heard early on. dmx is set with dipswitches no lcd control panel. doesn't really need that though, probably not installed to keep the cost at that even $400 mark. the important part is dmx works on it np and the quality of the construction and durability of the unit. seems like the best deal atm for an awesome fazer.

I was expecting more.
It's okay. Too loud and build like almost all of the other <$500 Haze machines. This one is cool because you can lay it flat, but it was too noisy for our use. The Marq DMX 800 we had was quieter and I don't know why. It has a few more professional bells and whistles than some other hazers, but for the price, I'm not sure I would buy again. Either buy something much more expensive or something less expensive with the same parts and features.

Let's see how well and how long this works
I already had to clean it out then it started working better again, I don't use it much, in fact I can count the number of times I've used it on one hand. 5 times in total - 2 times for an hour or less & 3 times for 2 - 3 hours. Maybe it was the weather and using it outside with a very very small movement of air and cold air of 40 degrees.

Solid perfomer
I normally use an oil-based haze machine. It is a bit loud due to the compressor. The Antari had a lot of positive reviews on professional production sites. The unit is well built. I've used it only once at a small venue. I set the dan on full and adjusted the output to maintain a light haze. I placed the Antari back at my lighting console since I was not using the DMX option this time. This hazer/fazer is quiet and puts out a nice haze that does not form billowy fog. I used a Froggy water-based haze fluid. I really like this hazer.

Quit working after one year
Almost to the date of purchase, the unit stopped working. The machine does not produce fog and seems like the fan went out. Overall, I was very happy with it for the first year. It produces a lot of fog and does a great job of it. It is a bit loud, though, so for smaller rooms it may not be the best choice. The biggest problem is that there is no warranty information available at all, not even on in the owner's manual or on the Amazon product page. I don't know if I would recommend this product.
