It makes a great cup of coffee and great pot of coffee. It’s quick, I use less coffee and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. It was missing a part so it didn’t balance but my very smart wife took a part off our old coffee pot as it was going in the garbage and it worked perfectly. Keurig would not send me the missing part. They wanted me to send it back.

This stopped working mid-brew and troubleshooting doesn't work. Trying to return it and it says there's a restocking fee and shipping fee for their faulty product. I also didn't realize when I first ordered that these aren't new. I never would have ordered if I had known.

It was a gift for Christmas for my wife and she loves it. On weekends she can do a full pot of coffee and during the work week she can make a to go cup.

Love that this has the pod and carafe options. We use both almost everyday. The functions are easy and its quieter than the Keurig Elite I had. Coffee tastes great. Wish it had more sizes and brew options, though.

My 70ish yr old father is obsessed with this coffee maker. It's perfect for a family of 2 to 4. I really like it myself. We don't waste coffee if only 1 of us are drinking.

It's very slow to make a cup. Had problems with making a pot of coffee. Water reservoir is small.

This was a very good buy, but it has a 2-hour warm time that was an inconvenience, and it did not keep the coffee as warm or hot as we had become accustom too. It makes a great coffee, but it was not worth the price.

Thought it was a decent price, now I see why. Water reservoir is cracked in the back about half way down from the top. I patched it temporarily with basic tape but will redo it with some flex tape or something later. Just don’t want to have to wait for a replacement.
