The Original Battery Rack 40 with Built-In Tester

I you mount it hanging without any support at the back, it will tip forward and spill batteries, so mount flush to a vertical surface if setting it upright. Getting them out is a little tricky if the column is full. Have to lift just enough to get a grip to move the battery forward, but not so much that you push the top battery up and out. a larger recess to permit a finger to pass behind and catch the battery would have been a good idea.

I have used this battery case fro several years and it works as expected. It holds enough batteries that we never run out. The battery tester is great and always reliable.

I carefully considered all of the storage cases for batteries offered by Amazon and chose the Resource Battery Rack. The design, ease of use, and low price make this unit a bargain. The numbers of batteries stored for each type are not ideal for my particular needs, but close enough. Also, the unit is not very sturdy for a workshop setting, but hopefullly will still last a long time. The battery condition tester seems to work as advertised. I would have spent 2 or 3 times the price for an article like this and am glad to have chosen this particular one.

I had an old version but the tester stopped working so I ordered another one and I like this one even better since it has extra storage space for AA batteries. I gave my old rack to a friend to use for storage purposes. I love how this organizes my batteries in a utility room drawer and I am able to test my batteries to see if they are good or bad.

Fast to mount on the wall. I thought I had a faulty one because it would not light up. I finally discovered the tiny clear plastic tab sticking out of the back battery compartment and now it works great!. I had this exact battery rack, but in white, for about 28 years and I have been very happy with its performance and hope to get the same from this new rack.

This product looks and performs exactly as expected. An added extra that I did not expect were 2 extra adapters to make the "C" battery spaces fit "AA" batteries (which I did need more space for. It might have been better for me if it were the "D" battery spaces that had the adapters however at the moment, I do not need space for either "C" or "D" so all is well.The packaging was near non-existant which was quite surprising but it arrived without damage.

Good product specially the adapter to convert the C batery space to AA. If batery D space also has an adapter to conver to AAA space it would be great. The feature to test the batteries excellent, include the required batteries. Recommended for storm season.

I purchased this as a gift as I have owned one for years and use it all the time. Very convenient holding all the different type of batteries and works great on testing. The person I purchased it for loves it.
